2 of my MTN Data cards apparently used 3.5gig & 4 gig respectively over a 12 hour period (overnight when we are sleeping). Based on my average usage of data, this is impossible. My main office in JHb on ADSL only uses -60Gig per month (ie 2 gig per day). On my last billing cycle, due to this supposed usage ran up a data bill of R 1400. First complaint was lodged on 17 June 2013. I have had no response. I decided last week to start tracking my data usage on my office data card where we do the same thing every day. 6-8th August (3 operating days) 700mg used.12-14 August (3 operating days) - 100mg used. I am still waiting for a response of any sort from MTN to justify the data usage going through my data cards. I know that I am not the only person that has this problem as I was lucky enough to see a number of similar complaints on an MTN's consultants computer while he was browsing to follow up on my complaint. Seems like a typical big business attitude. Let it roll around the big company until the consumer has either forgotten about it or given up
