So I called Vodacom customer care cause my bill is about R400 higher then usual and they tell me that they are so sorry, but they cannot provide me with a detailed bill without charging me! I've never asked for this before, so why should I be charged to get a summary of something I'm being charged for??? Think about it. I'm getting charged for something and when I ask how it got to that they tell me I'm not allowed to know without paying again. I've got 2 contracts with them and I've always paid them on time and in full and now that I'm asking them what I'm charged for they're basically tellong me I'm not allowed to know I MUST just pay and shut up. Come on, how can people just charge u fpor stuff withpout telling u how they got to that amount? Is it even legal???
