8ta/Telkom coverage map leads to bad advise!

On Jan 12th, I proceeded to purchase a Lenova Ideatab 7" from Telkom mobile store in Vereeninging for my father. I also asked the sales lady, Shaniaaz Moidheen for an 8ta 25 25 data package for the Telkom only network. She said the Telkom coverage Map showed NO coverage for Telkom network at my dad's address. I confirmed Telkom coverage using my Telkom only network SIM card at my dad's apartment as I told Shaniaaz. I asked my father to purchase the 25 25 Gig 8ta data package on Tue. A sales lady, Thudo Motaung, told my dad there's NO coverage and sold him the 5gig All Network package. My dad returned on Wed Jan 14th to have the transaction corrected, Thudo said it's not possible. The 5Gig package costs R819 and has to be used within 1 month, which means if you don't use it, you lose it. On the other hand the 25 25 Gig 8ta/Telkom package must be used within 6 months and cost R999. I would like Telkom to rectify this as I believe there coverage map is incorrect for The apartment building at Phoenix place, Arcon Park and a such both sales ladies (Shaniaaz and Thudo) sing the incorrect map, wrongly advised my father and I resulting in my father purchasing the wrong data package.
