Holding for 30 minutes

Ineffective Call centre.

My banking details have changed and i needed to update them, i called 808 and was on hold for over ten minutes per call that i made. I made not less than 3 calls today and now i gave up. Very soon they will be listing me as a bad payer while forgetting that since they went to holidays for December they never re- opened. 1 payment already bounced because of this poor service
