POOR MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER PROFILE

I have been a loyal customer with RUSSELLS FURNITURE STORE since January 2011 and my payments have always been up to date on my accounts up until i paid them in full on the 5th of June this year.
When i logged on to MY TRANSUNION, i realised that the company had listed me as a bad payer for the month of August and that i was 30 days overdue on my payments. How could this be, i asked myself?

I then quickly called their accounts department and spoke to a lady by the name of Rakiba and queried this, to my surprise she confirmed that all my accounts were all paid in full and said i should call the itc update department to get my name cleared. She told me that she also could not understand my there is a default listing on my name with credit bureax.
When i called the department i first had to be put on hold for several minutes and have my call bounced from one person to another before i could be assisted by a lady who goes by the name of Xikombiso.
Her voice tone and lack of understanding frustrated me even more as she tried to justify why i was listed which totally made no sense at all to me.
RUSSELLS FURNITURE STORES have also been withholding my paid up letter since June 2013.
