RIDICULOUS PRACTISES

I have/had an account with FNB which I stopped using because they are allowing debits off of my account with out my permission. I received less than acceptable service from them and have since changed my banking details and vow to never use FNB again for ANYTHING. But since December, I have been getting these calls from FNB 27877367280. When I answer, I am greeted by a voice recording saying, "This is an important call for you to discuss your account. Press 1 to speak to an agent." I press 1, then get put on hold for an average of 2 to 3 minutes (I hang up after 2 or so minutes). These calls happen every day. Every day I press 1 and wait and still nothing happens. I have 15 years call centre management experience so I know what is accepted Call Centre practice, THIS IS NOT!!! I get calls at all hours of the day and night. This is harassment.
