I paid my Edgars Account on the weekend of the 27-28 of April 2013 and a few days ago I got a call from their call centre and spoke to this rude lady who asked me to go and make the payment as soon as possible, i tried to explain to her that I already made the payment but she will have none of this she just said go to your nearest store and show them proof of payment which was no problem so I went to Edgars JHB CBD and just before they closed and waited for a good 45 minutes before i saw Sibusiso who just dismissed my claim and say I should go to eastgate (thats where i had paid initially) because they are the one who could assist, my problem is I travel a lot and I do not spend much time at home and already Edgars has listed me as a slow payer beofre they could listenn to my side of the story, I could have gone to Eastgate to sort this but my job forces me to travel a lot and I am going out of the country today and I leave the country with a bad payment record whilist I paid i think its unfair for a big company like Edgars.
