About ten months ago I changed my banking details. I struggled to get hold of ADT to change it. When I finally got hold of them I changed my banking details with them. At the end of that month I got a Sms that said the debit order bounced. I phoned them and found out that my banking details where not changed, so I gave them my new account number again. The next month, same story. Debit order bounced. They still hadn't changed my details. Eventually they changed it, but ever since they have been taking double debits off my account. At first I thought it was to make up for the arrears of my account. but this has been going on for 8 months now. Somewhere this has to stop. I have been trying to cancel this contract with them for the last 6 months, but obviously I had no joy in this either.
