Not reponding to calls

I've been trying to get hold of the Call Centre today with no luck! After holding for about for 30 minutes and phoning again and holding again I gave up hope.
I phoned 2 weeks ago regarding an early upgrade and was promised a call by the end of last week as they had no stock. I am still waiting. Please can you take up this matter on my behalf.
