What A Terrible Experience - New Account

In October 2013 I "swtiched" banks and contrary to FNB's adverts it took nearly 40 minutes. In that process I had problems with the overdraft rate and needed to send proof of my current %. Early in December the Premier Banker changed to a Naicker Noushaad. All attempts to get hold of this person failed right up to today, no one knows who he/she is. My first credit card payment went through to my current account and this was returned due to no overdraft loaded. All attempts to get hold of someone to assist failed. I then called the call centre to get the branch code for the credit card, they gave me information that dodnt help either. I went into the Cresta Branch becasue I needed to get my Branch details. I was then advised that my premier banker does exist and was given a direct number for them which turned out to be a fax number. I have just hung on the phone for 15 minutes trying to get hold of this premier banker and cannot affored to hang on anymore. I would like to close these accounts and never have anything more to do with FNB! please can someone assist me to do that.
