I changed banks and wanted to change mt banking de
tails with Resolution Health. I notified them in December. IN January no debitorder went down, the same happened in Feb 2013. I had been phoning them 3-4 times per week with promises thaat theywill get back to me and follow up on why my debit order has not yet gone down. EVentually, in March I was told that they have now changed my banking details on their system, however, no deduction was made ..."because my banking details was not changed wth them". NOw they have had to deduct 2 payments in April 2013. WHy oh why Resolution Health can you not get your admin in place? I have had to phone 4 times this morning to get an answer as to why a double payment was made. I have been placed on hold once for 6 mins, once for 5 mins and once for 13 minutes. I had to phone back everytime, just to be told "please hold" and have silence on the other end. SEriously. I am going to look for another medical aid...
