USELESS TO HAVE A VODACOM CONTRACT < MONEY WASTING

I upgraded my Vodacom contract last year and took a Blackberry Playbook (worst mistake ever) since i had the playbook i have been having endless problems, the playbook is not working so i went to Vodacom in Westgate mall and they send me to Midrand Vodaworld, Randburg, Blackberry (ALL OVER THE SHOW) i went 2 months ago again to vodacom and they cannot assist me, i am paying R600 a month for almost a YEAR and i have NEVER used my tablet for more then 2weeks and vodacom blames blackberry and vodacom CANNOT assist me (that is exactly what they said), I am customer and took a VODACOM contract, they gave me the Blackberry (not advising me then and there if it should give problems it will NOT be vodacoms responsibility) and now no one can assist me, i wanted to cancel my contract and cannot even do that cause they want me to pay R8000? FOR WHAT!!! i wish i stayed with CELL C from the start, I want the stupid useless worthless tablet to be replaced, repaired or my contract cancelled ASAP WITHOUT paying any amount and i need management to contact me via email as i am SICK and Tired, Consumer protection act, Small claims court, Ombudsman i will go higher, trust ME
