I went to vodacom 4 u in sherwood, port elizabeth on the 26 of april for my upgrade. I changed my contract from a weekender to a top up 200
Only to find that on the 1 may they went on with my weekender package. I went back on the 1 may and informed the consultend. She phoned vodacom and told her that there is nothing they can do and new contract will only begin end of may
This is very pathetic and unprofessional. I dont see why i as the customer must be inconvient due to vodacoms technical problems!!! The owner, gavin accomidated me with 250 mb data which i appreciate. But it stii dont solve my problem, because every call i make is billed which i now have to pay for
After 9 years with vodacom this is my first bad experience!!! I left virgin mobile to go with vodacom... but now i wonder was it worth it...
