I did a down migration on the 25/02/2013 from package R315 to R135. I was told that it would be effective as from 1 march 2013. End of march 2013 got my account statement it said i was still on the package R315. Called
Vodacom again the person i spoke to said it takes two months for a migration to be done. I said ok its fine if that is their rules. but the first lady I spoke to said 1 march. Fine i waited for end April come 1 may still on package R315. Phoned Vodacom again spoke to precious she said that the migration of February was never processed. I am unemployed and that was the reason for the down migration I cannot afford the higher payment. I still have February migration quote. I phone vodacom when i received it with the reference number and they even gave me the new amount that would be deducted as from 31 march 2013. I feel that I should Be reimbursed for the months of March and April as it was not my fault it was vodacom employees that did not do their work and do not know how their procedures work. I would appreciate a quick response in the matter. My account is currently in arrears because of this.
