Vodacom deducts money from account (INCORRECTLY)

On 2012-11-27 my grandma signed a new contract with Vodacom. that would start 2010-12-01. This contract stated that she would pay R49 a month for 24 months. For the last 24 months the deducted R135 per month from her account. She has tried to rectify this, to no avail. On 13 december 2012 Vodacom sent her an SMS that she will be credited R1357.74 (for incorrect billing, not specifying how they got to the amount.). The correct amount owed is R86 x 24 = R2064. It is impossible to get Vodacom to assist us in this matter.
