Supervisors managers nooo response just suspention

I was phoned by a Vodacom consultant offering me a higher contract which I explained to her I don't want a higher contract I m happy. She informed me ill only pay R2 more to go from top up 135 which was R198 to top up 200. November came my account was R263 I have been phoning Vodacom from 1 Nov till today I have al the service request and no response from Vodacom. TILL TODAY!! Know they want me too pay all the outstanding monies from the 2 stop orders which is R163 before they will put my line on then the will refund me my money! I pay every month know you want me to pay that amount and refund me if case is closed. If it takes Vodacom 4 month to come back to me regarding the top up how long am I gonna wait for my money? You have suspended my line know and Im gonna take you to the CPA then maybe Vodacom will come back to me. They can send me smses regarding payment but cant phone me in 4 months regarding my problem I spoke to 2 supervisors that said they will sort it out its not right and still no response. Thank Vodacom for the best customers care ever. Please cancel my contract or send me the forms. I will me a network that wants to help there clients.
