I have been due for an upgrade on my vodacom contract and elite mobile phoned and wanted to arrange everything for me and i agreed for them to assit with that, the following month i noticed that there are a few extra debit orders going thru on my bank account, i got the details from my bank and phoned them and asked them what these debit order are and to please cancel EVERYTHING as i did not approve any of these and the lady that assited me said she will do that for me and this month i found out that it has still not been cancelled and debited again on my account i am ferious i did not sign up for any of these and are not interested AT ALL!!! ive phoned them again today to cancel the goods now i have to phone around to cancel all these debit orders i did not agree apon... I JUST WANT MY NORMAL CONTACT WITH VODACOM i want NOTHING from Elite mobile and i want them to refund me on ALL these debit orders, I NEVER gave them permission for these services...
