MTN account gone legal???

On Wednesday 30 January 2013 I applied for vehicle finance. I was informed that I was blacklisted by MTN SP! On Thursday 31 January 2013 I queried this at MTN Menlyn Retail Park. I havent received any letters/ e-mail/ sms's to inform me that I was behind on any payments?
I then realised that my banking details were never changed by MTN when I closed my business in Nov 2012- even though I showed them the mail sent to Pierre Laas in October 2012. I reported this through MTN's call centre and received a reference number-96579299. I was told that a legal representative will call me back- to date I have not received any feeback.
I also reported this to Mandy through MTN's complaints and have sent her 2 e-mails without any success.

I'm currently without a vehicle because my finance doesn't get approved due to the blacklisting. I've spent 2 full days trying to get hold of someone who knows whats going on without any success. Their reference numbers are useless!!!

I find it unacceptable that MTN have not followed the correct procedure to inform me of outstanding payments. Their feedback/ response time is even worse!!!
