Account Statement vs Bank Statement/SMS

I have recently opened a Top-Up contract account with Vodacom in October 2013, and I see that every month I am being charged Sundry Charges (24 Months Handset Instalment) which I believe that supposed to be a once-off charge.

Sometime in November/December 2014 I was phoned to take an insurance for the phone, and I accepted. The stop order that was done by Vodacom reflects R626.99 on my bank statement instead of the R547.50 on the statement that has been recently sent to me by Vodacom (R315.00 for the Top Up and R159.00 for insurance)

I also believe that Vodacom supposed to be only taking the amount of the phone and insurance agreed to.
