Incorrect Billing twice, no response

Last month when I received my statement they billed me twice for my BIS service. When I went into the Vodacom shop Mall@Reds the guy (Tjokkie) told me that they will see the mistake and then my account will me in credit for that extra BIS service deduction that will happen at the end of the month.

Then when I received my statement for January on the 11th of January the BIS for December was not credited on my account. And they had an extra "24 months handset instalment" of R 60 on my account. Which totalled the invoice for my phone that is supposed to be only R 159 a month to R 227.50. So I went to the Vodacom shop Mall@Reds again, and Tjokkie the manager said there was an error on my account and logged a request to the accounts office for me, I received the sms that stated Vodacom has logged the request and will be phoning me within 24hours. Needless to say this never happened! so I phoned Vodacom Customer services on Monday 14 January and the woman said that the request that was logged on Friday was still open and that she'll put a note on it. It's Thursday today and still NOTHING!!!

It's ridiculous! I will never open a contract with Vodacom again!!!
