I had 3 different lines through vodacom with a monthly bill or around R1500. During the month of December 2012 my debit order did not go through due to insufficient funds in my bank account. I had advised Vodacom to double debit during the month of January 2013 however they debited me 3 times during January and 4 times during February 2013. I had these charges reversed and then received a statement for R16500. A month later I was billed R24000. I have spoken to Nimble the collection agency for Vodacom and I dont mind settling this acco7nt but I have requested a detail statement which they cannot give me.
