I recently went to vodacom for an upgrade on my contract and i took the iphone 5 for top up 315. from the understanding i got from the consultant when i took the upgrade was that iam going to pay R592 pm for the phone. Today on the 12th of March 2013, i got a statement from vodacom through an sms which indicated i must pay R781.50 on my upgrade. i never agreed to this and when i called customer service, of which the lady (her name is Nomsa) tried to explain and it doesnt make sense at all to me. If i knew about this hidden costs i wouldnt have taken the upgrade. This is uncalled for and not the way of doing business. I wont pay that amount for a contract i never agreed to, its ridiculous and unprofessional from the vodacom company.
