I submitted my phone to MTN on the 8th of January. My phones battery stopped working. I asked for it to be replaced since the phones ear piece and earphone port also broke. But this happened within the first 6 days of purchase. At that moment i had to live with it because I was in a position that I couldn't give my phone in at that time. Now that the battery also broke I have to give it in, for it doesn't work anymore at all. Now they say they wont replace it because it has physical damage. I still have my old complaint nr REQ:2527574. The phone was broken in 6 days of purchase now the battery also broke within 5 months. clearly this phone is faulty.
Also I waited 5 days for them to notify me if the phone was being replaced. the consultant Molefi K told me they would let me know with in that day if it was accepted to be repaired or not. SO I just called them this morning and I was told it was rejected. For how long where they planning on keep this information if I didn't call them. I am the customer.
