Since 14 November 2013 I have had problems with my internet line. I have phoned Telkom, sent faults, and I have been told many different things. I have been told that my house is too far away from the exchange which in my opinion is rubbish because everyone around me is not having any issues... I have also been told that my line is congested and that has not been fixed either if it is. Then I was told to upgrade my line because of the congestion and now today I was told it was the wrong thing to do. So I honestly don't know what else to do... It is coming close to my college time now and I still don't have my internet back.

I also haven't gotten any refunds for downtime. I have a download speed of 0.3mb/s on a 4 meg line and a 0.45mb/s upload speed but I have a ping of 40. I have done a tracert test to [URL Removed] and it was fine for the the first 4 results and then had request timed out...

The reference number I was given is 374BRK141113. My line number is 011-433-4926. My cell phone number is 0826151262. I have been at home on holiday since the 1 November 2013 and will be for a while longer... Please make a plan and come fix my line.
