I have a complain about the Samsung Galaxy S4. Its an extremely expensive smart phone and then the battery of the phone keeps breaking. This is my second battery that I bought cash because my service provider which is Cell C in Witbank refuse to assist me in getting a battery exchanged without my phone being sent to Joburg for 3 weeks. My second battery broke now and I cant find stock of the Samsung Galaxy S4 anywhere in Witbank. I have tried online as well and no one has any stock of the battery. Which means that my smart phone is now useless to me because my 2nd battery of R450 broke and I cant find any stock of this battery anywhere. I think this is poor of Samsung that their best and newest product has a default. Not just does the battery keep dying but when you actually need to purchase a new one you cant find the product anywhere.
