Ive repaired my wife's Samsung S4 phone at Vodacom Repairs Alberton. We've realised that all Samsung phones has a PC board problem, but the PC board gets replaced under the warranty due to the phones 24 month warranty. I had to replace the battery as well which I had to pay for it since the battery only has a 6 months warranty and we had the phone for 7 months.
A gentleman phoned me the next day to rate the service at the Alberton repair shop where I rated it 7 for being bad service. I explained to him why do i have to pay for the battery although its older then 6 months but that all Samsung phones have a PC board problem, and the PC board being faulty can be the causes of the battery to stop working and I have to buy a new battery.
We got cut off and he never phoned again. Why hasn't Vodacom called in all Samsung clients to repair there phones before it escalates into damaging other parts or the battery of the phone.
Ive tried to send the complaint on Vodacom's website but the link / tab to send the email doesn't work.
