On the 14 July 2013 i took my cell phone in for repairs and was told by the consultant that it would take anything up to 30 days. I asked if i can get a loan phone and was told that they only have 20 loan phones and all 20 was issued out already. I left the store and two weeks later got a sms to notify me that my phone is back from repairs. I went to the store and was told by the consultant that they could not repair my phone but gave me a new phone instead i was so happy that i took the phone and went home. Only when i got home i realized that it was a new phone but the old battery. The battery in the phone was marked with a sticker Faulty Assesory. It is now a month later and i am still not using the phone because i cannot get a battery for the phone. I phoned Nashua today to find out if they sell the battery for the phone but they said no. Why give a customer a new phone with an old battery it does not make sense.
