Hi i junaire jonas receive a phone, for exams from my Girlfriend 23/12/2013 and on the 27/12/13 the phone was faulty.when i take the phone back to consultant make if its my fault that the phone is not correct and they take it back and i wait from the 28/12/2013 till the 06.01.2014 for a other phone, i take a tablet on the 06.01.2014 and it freez on the 10.01.14 after work and i cannot take it back because i was not in cape town, but on the 13.01.2014 .i take it back and the consultant told me that they will call me on the same day i take it back and they did not.i call Wisahl on the 14.01.2013 and when i ask her why did they not call me she get angery so i put the phone down, because i needs to call them every time and they just say we will call but it never happen.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DID NOT SIGN THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PHONE OR THE TABLET AND PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT IT WAS IN THE 7 DAY PERIOTE THAT THE PHONE WAS TAKEN BACK...
I NEED A NEW PHONE OR CANCELLED THE TABLET.
