I called in a to log a billing query as I was advised by MTN support data because my airtime was depleting from Internet usage whereas I have BIS, I was put through to the most rudest agent by the name of Mbalenhle Qhwabe she said with attidude, she wanted to go through some setting with me which I advised her that I've checked them with the previous agent and they were fine that's why I was transfered to support data but she didn't want to listen to me so I request a superior which she refused and with attitude said her "superior is to far she won't go there, she will send her an Email they have computers" so I said "I'll wait" she insisted she will not get up, I advised that I will be taking this further to Hellopeter she said "I can complian nothing will happen to her"
