I I called 808 to query about migrating from voice to data, I was advised it will take 24hours if I go to the store, I went to the store on the 24 Jan 2013, request was sent. On the 26 I went to the store, I was told it has not been done. I called 808 and spoke to Themba, who then told me migration takes 48hours, I asked to speak to his superior, he promised that he (Maze Dube) but he hasn't called. On the 28, I called 808 spoke to Stephen Fynn who was extremely rude towards me, I asked to speak to his manager, he also promised that his superior Japhta Mamabolo will call me back. He didn't call me, I sent MTN an e-mail and received an automated response. Please improve your service and deliver on your promises.
