MY NUMBER IS 0712640238, I CALLED MTN ON SART AND DHIVEN GARRED DROPPED ME AND I CALLED AGAIN SOME LADY WHO WASNT ABLE TO ASSIST ME TRANSFERED ME TO A SUPPIE BY THE NAME OF MANDLA MATOMANE WHO WAS ALSO UNABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH BAD ATTITUDE, I BOUGHT 10MB FROM MY R22.00 AIRTIME AND ICHECKED THE BAL, IT WAS R11 WITH SOME CHANGE
ND FROM THERE WENT TO THE NET FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MIN AND WHEN I CHECKED MY AIRTIME AM NOW LEFT WITH R2 SOMETHING AND 15MB, WHY QUERY WAS AND STILL WHY MY AIRTIMED WAS USED BEFORE MY DATA COS I HAD DATA, ALL I WANTED WAS MY R9... THIS IS SIMPLE COS WE ALL KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE DATA AND FOR ANY INTERNET USAGE IT SHULD DEDUCT FROM DATA BEFORE IT GOES TO THE AIRTIME, ALL I WANTED MANDLA WAS FOR HIM TO HELP WITH THAT NOT BEING RUDE AND BE SURE THAT I WILL NOT GET MY AIRTIME WHERE AS I DIDNT USE IT AND HE ALSO REFUSE TO ESCALET THIS MATTER TO HIS MANAGER, PLS LISTEN TO THE CALL I HAD WITH MANDLA AND DHIVEN WHO JUST DROPPED JUST LIKE THAT, I LOST MY TEMPER WITH MANDLA, IF I AM RIGHT AND I BELIEVE I AM, I WOULD LIKE MY AIRTIME BACKM MANDLA TO APOLOGIES TO ME AND ALSO HE MUST GO ON TRAINING AGAIN
