BIS cancelled... due to a MTN systems erro

I'm so not happy with mtn, in fact I must label 'mtn' liars. I have a BB 9300 and I was previously advised by mtn, when I called them around February, that if I have enough airtime on my phone, BIS will automatically load on activation date. This pass Saturday night "my activation date" I checked my phone and I realized that I didn't receive BBMs as usual, I then called mtn call centre, spoke to a consultant who confirmed her name as Nomfundo Nkabinde, REF: 650718441, explained my frustration to her and needed to know what may be the problem... with an attitude she reply: BIS is cancelled, I then requested an answer as to why is that, I have enough funds on my phone to cover for my BIS. She kept giving an attitude and I then asked to speak to a superior, she kept me on hold for almost 10m, she eventually came back and said her team leader "Sbusiso Radebe" is on a call with other client & he'll attended to me once his done... she kept me on hold again, came back & advised there's a new team leader "Themba Hadebe" who just started his shift, Themba checked their systems and advised me that I'm one of many client's whom BIS was cancelled due to a system error on their side
