Billing enquiry - have received no help

Unacceptable response by MTN consultant.
the issue is MTN billing me for data from my airtime when I have an active data bundle with Afrihost.
Below is the Original query as advised to be logged by the MTN data specialists.

Hi, this month (December) my MTN airtime has been used up for data usage. This should not be happening as I have Afrihost APN setup on my iPhone. I have a data bundle contract with Afrihost since September this year. It has been working fine up until now. 'mymtn' is not setup on my phone at all. My airtime should not be depleted by data usage. Please investigate why this is happening and for my airtime that was used up for data to be refunded back to my account.
