Vodacom
Investigation? I think not... (REF: S3T989N-NBLJ)

In December I tried to log onto the internet, however the Vodacom page advised me that I had no airtime. The last time I checked my account in November I had over R1600 airtime. Also, I get over 200MB data every month. Evidently, the first thing that sprang to mind was that there is a problem with Vodacom's network. I went to Cresta branch and spoke to Tony Chikwanda about my problem, however he couldn't assist me and said I need to speak to someone in their call centre to get a statement. After refusing to do his job for him and having to repeat my situation for a second time Tony spoke to Gloria Nsizwane who also could not assist me. She advised that she cannot view my statement as her "system didn't allow" and she advised that it was internet usage. She then logged it with their admin department, Johannes Stander, who then credit my account with R920.30 and 2GB data as a "gesture of goodwill". I use my wifi at home and use Opera Mini to curb the exorbitant data charges Vodacom subjects us to. Can someone please send me a full statement for the past 3 months as I cannot see how browsing, as I usually do, on the internet could use all this data as well as airtime.
