Dear Sir

I'm Lucas Ngobeni. I open a cell phone contract on cell c festival mall at kempton park. Nokia Lumia 1020.I was told if the mobile is giving me any problem I have to return it within seven days I will get another one, but after seven days they will take it for repair and return it. I used it three days, within those three days I was force to charge it three times a day, on there fourth day i took it back to cell c.where I was told that I have to wait - seven days to get a feedback, whether they will give me another one or not. I waited those days as they said.on the eight day i went there with the believe that i will get another phone of my choice.guess what i was told. I was told my mobile have a security code, so they didn't able to check on it. I gave them a security code, where I was told I have to wait another 7 days again. I waited 7 days again total is (14 days) on the eight days. When i get there with the believe that i will get another mobile. I was told my mobile is not yet back. I was force to cancel the contract cause I waited more than enough. When I cancel the contract i told to wait, I don't know until when. All i want is to get another mobile or cancel a contract.
