So today my 1GB data contract ran out, 10 days into the month. I didn't think it was possible, so I contacted a support person via the website online chat. They assured me I had used all the data, so I requested a copy of my usage to see. This request was logged and I was told I would be contacted.
I was contacted a few hours later by a friendly support agent who confirmed that the data had been used.By this point I had checked the Data Usage on my tablet, and found Google Services to be the culprit, using 900MB within the 10 days. I felt a bit silly for noticing this after logging the request, and I told the agent this. He went the extra mile to tell me other places I could look to limit the usage by this app. Nice to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about.
To put the cherry on the top, I was then offered a complimentary 1GB for the rest of this month. Talk about my luck turning around. Thank you to Fabian for providing awesome service!
