I have given up hope of ever getting my Telkom line installed. This is my third complaint about the same line transfer. Last time no one even bothered to respond. I have been waiting three months for my telkom line to be transferred. In this time Telkom has continued to bill me for the line despite it not being active since Nov 15. I have been told my query has been escalated (ref: 2118 escalation) and weekly someone calls to verify my address. However nothing changes. I feel it may be time to cancel this once and for all.
