Hi
i recently renewed my contract at nashua mobile.( account number 33447950) i took the samsung galaxy s4.
the contract included R200 inclusive and 350 mb of data.
the 200 inclusive came into the fone on the 02/11/2013 whilst the data did not load at all. so now i am paying for data from my airtime inclusive which is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
it has used up almost R100 for data in 3 days... who is goin to compensate me for this???
i have called into the call centre on the 04/11/2013 and the agent told me that they will get back to me as soon as they contact MTN... i still have not been contacted.
this is truely unacceptable and i feel that this is a breech of contract as i did not received what was promised to me when taking out the contract.
I would appreciated it if someone got back to me with answers!!!
