Its been 7 days and nobody has assisted me after adding the report on Hello Peter,
Nobody can tell me why my loyalty points bundle of both 1GB AND 500 MB is not being used but my airtime,
i had better luck when I was on topup.
THE SERVICE - NO FEEDBACK AT ALL.

I have a mtn 350 package that comes inclusive with a data bundle. I used the data bundle one month and needed more data and used my loyalty points to buy a 1 GB data bundle. I realised last month that my usage increased significantly that I was soft locked. I realised it was because I didnt have a data bundle. I called 258 and heard that I still have my 1GB data bundle.
I called into the nashua mobile call centre and was told that the transaction of buying the 1GB data bundle was not successful.
I have an sms that says it was loaded AND when I call 258 it STILL says i have the 1GB.
Nashua is blaming MTN and MTN are saying that the data bundle wasnt loaded - BUT I HAVE AN SMS!! Now i am being charged additional for data usage when I have a data bundle???
is unacceptable.
