I downgraded to another contract in November 2012 being promised inclusive 75MB data per month. As feared, this was never loaded. Upon requesting the store of this in December, I realised that the store had simply added on the extra data bundle instead of including it. Although Autopage said that they have given me a credit for this (after having to chase them several times), I am again charged for it on my invoice dated 1 Feb 2013. I am just so tired of having to follow up with THEM whilst it is their mistake.
Also, it seems like not enough airtime was loaded when I migrated to the new package. I only talked for approximately 23 minutes since the new contract kicked in and R200 (supposedly) was gone - how can this be? I have queried it with Autopage and have not received a response (oh, of course, I need to phone THEM to hear what the developments are). My account has thus skyrocketed...
Further, I was charged THREE items of reconnection fees on my January invoice even though my service was never suspended? I am having serious doubts about the integrity of their systems and will take my business away as soon as possible (nevermind Discovery Vitality!).
