I received an SMS on Saturday stating that my inclusive monthly Data bundle has been cancelled. This is the data package that is part of the cellular contract package that I am on. I then queried this with the call centre and was informed that they will attend to it. Two days later nothing had been done and the implication is that my data usage cost is being charged directly from my normal package.
The free sms bundles have also not been added for the current billing cycle also without any communication.
