I have been trying for a whole week now to get through to the billing department just to query something! The line drops every single time it starts ringing! whats going on there?? have a brand new line that hasnt even gone through the first billing cycle and this is the kind of service a new client gets... if i dont get service from telkom this line will be cancelled immediately all i want to find out is why i was charged for installation when i was told i wont be when i applied for the line.
