I find MTN website cluttered and cannot find any information there. You advertise deals in your monthly brochure which your shop consultants cannot find in your computer system. My new sim card from MTN Hatfield Plaza and representative Kagiso worked on Saturday but not working now. According to enquiries at 808 the sim swop on 10 January wasn't activated by the store? "Please call or visit the shop". I cannot find ONE telephone number for MTN Hatfield Plaza that works! The telephone number is NOT on the documentation issued by store! All the numbers on the internet are wrong. And no receipt was issued by the store for the sim swop! Poor organization, please just get my sim card to work so I can pay attention to my work!
