TELKOMS Unisa 3G package - no ACTIVATED sim card

I paid for the Unisa/Telkom 3g deal as per Unisa instructions on the website. I recieved a receipt from Unisa on 18th October 2013- 2 weeks later I arrived at Telkom Direct Boulders. They could NOT find my details on the system - ONLY the fact that i was a Unisa Student - no payment on the system. After 20 minutes - the lady took my paperwork - Unisa Receipt, Proof of Residence, ID etc and said she would call UNISA and ask. She gave me a sim card so I dont have to come back in and said once escalated it will be activated at the latest 2 days later. She would call me. And now - I have a sim card thats NOT activated. Im actually regretting taking this deal. I go on the 8ta website and chat online with a consultant and they cant do anything... i MUST go to a store - and when you go to a store - they cant find you on the system. On any other network I can pick up a phone and get it sorted out - i never have to actually keep going to a store. Its so frustrating. So a month later im still trying to benefit from this Student Deal.
