On Saturday the 12 of October, my Samsung galaxy s2 got out of my work place.
2 and bit hours later, went to the MTN store in Long-beach mall. Where i gave them the info about what happened. Donna then went to on her system to do a sim block and blacklist my phone. First she said she couldn't because the server was down then 10 minutes later said that it was fine.
So we gave her all the details of the Samsung galaxy s2 so she could blacklist and block the sim. Once that was
done, she proceed to do the sim swop. Which she said would be active in 2 to 24 hours. The sim still wasn't activated Sunday the 13 of october, in the afternoon. My brother contacted me on my house phone to tell me my old sim card was still working in my phone. So i phoned my number and some guy answered.
I phoned mtn support and asked what the was going on so after 20minutes on the phone i got it blocked. then that guy told me that not sim block nor my phone had a request to be blocked. Also no sim swop.
Only by Monday afternoon 2:45pm my sim card was activated. Then on the 16-10-13 went to the mtn store to find out about the ITC no for my phone still nothing heard and still nothing
