Vodacom
Damaged Nokia Lumia 720

On June 12th 2013, I bought a Nokia Lumia 720 (Paid Cash)... on the 22nd the Phone stopped working, so I had to take back to the shop at Hatfield, where I was told, "SORRY we can't give you a new phone... You have to take it for repairs".

The repairs store was closed on a Sunday so I was told to come on Monday the 24th... When I got there, they told me that they have to take it in because there is a problem with the screen... I got the phone 16 days later... I missed lots and lots of VERY Important calls... this is because the Phone needed a micro-sim card so I had to do a sim swop... so now I couldn't use the micro sim with any other phone... was only told at day 10 that they can loan me a sim-adapter at R150.00... (which meant I had to pay more for all the inconvenience)

I collected the phone on the 10th July 2013... its the 21st July and now the Phone has once again STOPPED working... This is totally not acceptable... I cannot pay R5600.00 for something that I have to keep taking for repairs every week and a half...

Somebody... please do something...!!!
