Worst customer service eve

Worst customer service ever by the Telkom Mobile store in the Waterfront. I have taken out a new contract with Telkom Mobile and am regretting every second. I will not recommend them to anyone due to the abysmal customer service and lack of accountability by staff. It has been a week and they still have not managed to port my old number to the new contract. When I contact the store I am sent from pillar to post and none of the agents seem to know what they are doing. They keep telling me that they will get back to me regarding the delay and never do.
As a consumer you cannot deal directly with the technical department and am reliant on customer service agents that don't know the first thing about customer service!
