SIM SWOP TO INCORRECT NUMBER

I did a sim swop to number 071 893 6288 on 28-4-2013. Although I have given my id document to the person he did a sim swop to the incorrect number - 071 896 6288. I went to the Mtn store in Canal Walk on 29-4-2013 and they refused to do the sim swop as they said they would not be willing to take the loss as to issue a new sim card and said that I had to go back to Paarl Mall. I have been to Mtn Paarl Mall yesterday (30-4-13) to follow up, I was given a reference number and assured that my number should be active in 2 to 24 hours. The ref number given to me was USD - 2078257 and 995333428. I phoned MTN call centre this morning and I was informed that a sim swop was never done and that she could not find the (new) sim 2132326135 on the system (ref 99567348). It is the third day without a sim card - in other word not being able to communite via my cell phone for three days!

I asked the call centre to provide me with a contact number for the store in Paarl mall and was given 083 869 1481 which only rings. No other correct nubmer is listed on the internet - unable to contact the store which means I have to travel there for the third time! A
