Hi
I have two accounts with Vodacom which have been running for three months and they have always been paid on time, as per my contract.
Now I decide to take up an offer of buying an 'All in One" PC linked to a 1 Gig data account through Dion Wired and I get declined.
After around 20 calls, I eventually get told that I now have to wait 6 months before I can get a third account. I have the cash to buy the PC outright.
If I was near the end of my other two accounts with Vodacom, I would cancel them immediately.
The service that I got from Vodacom was absolutely disgusting.
I will never renew my account with them again.
Poor service = lost revenue for Vodacom!!
And to make matters worse, no one from Vodacom will call me and apologise for telling the Dion Wired staff that I have a bad credit record, which is not the case at all!
Shocking service Vodacom.
