I have 2 complaints against Vodacom. i had purchased an Apple Mac computer 2 years ago from Dion Wired on a Vodacom contract, the 24 month period expired in Feb 2013. I was amazed to find out that the debit order is still going through on a monthly basis even though the product has been paid off. i cancelled it but of course do not get a refund for the R2000 overpaid. How much money are they from people in this way? I bought a new Blackberry Q10 13 days ago from Dion Wired, also on a Vodacom contract. The phone was booked in and I was told I could collect it today. When I arrived to collect it I was told it has been sent to Jhb. I then told them I require the phone for work purposes and am reliant on the number. I have now borrowed a phone from a friend and placed my sim card in it. I am wondering how I am going to be refunded for the 2 weeks even though I am paying R700 a month for it and will be unable to have any benefit from it. Vodacom is only interested in getting money and could not care less about their customers.
